10/10, definitely recommend this place. First time getting Poke & I’ll definitely be back!
The gentleman behind the counter was ultra helpful, let me sample & try things before building the bowl. Answered all of my questions.
Definitely gotta check this place out.

I typically am not impressed by the value you get at most Poke places (usually hovering around $20.) So I was pleasantly surprised, especially for a Rancharrah Village establishment that they were $17 for two proteins and $15 for any of the pre-set ingredient bowls. I got the $15 Korean one and it was delicious. For the amount of protein I wouldn't characterize $15 as a steal, but given prices today and the fact it was at Rancharrah Village, it was indeed a bargain.

Hinoki Poke is a restaurant that offers a poke bowl experience. The fish is consistently fresh, and there is a wide variety of choices for both protein and sauce. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it easy to build your own unique bowl. The price is very reasonable for the large portion size. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, with the outdoor option being particularly pleasant on nice days.
The menu offers a variety of protein options, including hamachi and salmon, which can be enjoyed on a base of rice or other options. The spice level can be adjusted to preference. Customers can choose from pre-designed bowls or create their own, with a nice selection of Japanese snacks and drinks available as well.
Reviewers have praised the restaurant for its fresh and high-quality ingredients, as well as the wide range of customization options. The outdoor seating on a nice day has also been highlighted as a highlight. While a few minor issues with certain dishes have been noted, overall Hinoki Poke is considered a great choice for a delicious and satisfying meal.
