“Super friend staff and amazing food! Everyone was so friendly and helpful but, most importantly, the food was SO good! My husband and I both got different omelets and both were so good. We ate until we were beyond stuffed because the food was THAT good! He got a Bloody Mary that was one of the best I’ve had out here and I got a mimosa. Perfect little brunch atmosphere and set up! ❤️ You can not visit Lake Tahoe and pass this honey up!“

“People are underhyping this place. I don’t think they could make food fast enough for me to gorge myself. I don’t care if I get crippling diarrhea from eating far too much too fast. 100% worth. And I don’t expect to get sick at all. These taste incredibly fresh for being fried.

The beef, spicy chicken and breakfast empanadas were hands down the best tasting thing I’ve had short of Michelin star restaurants. And for the cost, just buy a case of these.

I’m so happy I don’t live closer or I would have to get GLP-1s to fit through doorways.

Keep buying them and keep the lines long! I’ll protest if I come back and I can’t get more.

I’ll try the sweet ones once I can breathe.

“The breakfast I had this morning will be the breakfast against which all breakfasts will be measured. The French toast I ordered was the best I’ve ever had. My companion had the chicken fried steak breakfast. He declared it perfect! And the hospitality? Second to none! I give it an 11/10!“

I ordered the Lobster ravioli, which was an appetizer, for my dinner and a dinner sized portion was served. It was delicious and I devoured the whole dinner. Will come again when we are in the are.“

“We are visiting Tahoe for the weekend and found this place on Google. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, generals chicken, beef chow fun and bbq pork fried rice. The food was so good. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The beef chow fun and fried rice were delicious as well. The staff was also very kind and personable. We will definitely be back when ever we come to visit. You should give this place a try.“

“This a great place for hearty breakfast. We went two times during our weeks stay in the Tahoe area. The service wad friendly and efficient. It is conveniently located, with plenty of parking. We were in and out within an hour and ready for a day of adventures.“

“Holy crap!! What a great spot! I went on a Friday night, no reservation, but they made a spot for me and my two dogs! They had a dog menu and I got the beef bowl for my boys. The food was amazing, had the truffle fries and artichoke pasta. The staff was so nice. My Theo kept jumping on them, so annoying, he's not usually like that, but they just loved on him instead of getting annoyed, though I'm sure they were. Literally the best little spot in south lake tahoe. Cannot recommend enough!!“

“Will start off by saying the food was great! However the hostess was another story. Recwntly had dinner on 8/11/24. The hostess would not let us sit at the table to start ordering drinks because we were missing 2 out of the 8 people in our group. needless to say we already had 6 ready to be seated. once we were seated the table next to us had the umbrella slanted. this caused the table to fly over from a gust of wind shattering a plate and cutting my leg. the stay was kind enough to provided a wipe and some bandaid. We continued our night until the hostess decided to empty water cups from other guest into the flower bed behind us. Which then caused the dirt to splash up on one of our guest white shirts and be covered in mud. A smug sorry was replied out. As stated before the food was terrific and the wait staff was great but the hostess needs to be replaced.“

“Freel Perk Cafe was a great stop for us on the way back to San Francisco after a snowboarding trip. The place has a really nice atmosphere, and we loved the positive messages written on the walls, it makes the space feel warm and welcoming.
I had a matcha latte, and it was one of the best I’ve had. I don’t like sweet matcha, and they were happy to make it unsweetened for me, it was perfect.
A lovely café to stop by if you’re in the area. Great drinks and a great vibe!“

“While this restaurant doesn’t look like much from the outside, what they serve within is spectacular and a new family favorite. Appetizers were out in under five minutes and the main course within an additional five minutes. Food was hot and fresh. General Tsao was the favorite at the table. Even got a show of a couple bears outside in the dumpster.“

I have always felt like cake just tastes like, well, cake haha. But the cake Erin made was genuinely SO GOOD. We received so many compliments on our cake. We had a wonderful experience at The Loft in Heavenly Village! The food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and the entire atmosphere made for a great evening. We stayed for the magic show afterward, and it was absolutely fantasti.

If you're looking for a great dinner and a unique night out in Lake Tahoe, this is definitely a place worth visiting. We can't wait to come back! 🎩✨🍷🍽️🏔️“

“Sugar Pine Bakery was such a lovely stop in Tahoe! The matcha latte was delicious, the espresso was great, and the bagel sandwich was really good. We also tried the lemon meringue pie, which was amazing, and the pecan pastry was wonderful.
The service was excellent too; everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Great drinks, great food, great pastries, and such a pleasant experience overall. We will definitely come again!“
