We loved our cookie sandwiches! Delicious and was fun to create.
They keep the vegan chocolate chip ice cream in a separate cooler from the non-vegan options.
The ice cream sandwich was delicious. Cookies were firm enough to hold the ice cream while still being soft when you bite into the sandwich.

The cookie sandwich was really good, but they only had 3 vegan cookies left when we went in the evening so enough for 1 sandwich. We split a sandwich which ended up being just right. Sounds like earlier in the day there are more options available. We had our cookie sandwich with a chocolate cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. The person that made our order was very friendly.
