I did a lot of research before picking a cake for my 65th birthday. I don't live in the South Lake Tahoe area so I relied on online reviews. I was not disappointed in the least. I called Erin told her what I was looking for and that I wanted a sunflower and a little 65 on top. Erin made me a lemon cake with lemon curd filling and Chantilly frosting. Erin at Tahoe Love Bakery cooked up an amazing and delicious selection of treats for our Valhalla wedding reception. I say that because, in fact, ALL the dessert was devoured by our guests before I (the bride) could try any haha! Erin was lovely to work with and communication was very easy. 10/10 would choose Tahoe Love again!

We just came from a St. Patrick's dinner at St. Theresa's in Tahoe. The dinner was wonderful but the desserts were off the hook. I don't even know how they made the rainbow cupcakes.Apparently the owner runs the shop out of her house. If I ever need a cake made in Tahoe I know where I'm going.
