This store deserves all the recognition and more. We’re here on our anniversary and we brought a celebratory bottle of wine, but no cork screw! When we ordered our pizza we jokingly asked if they could stop and get us one on their way to deliver it and THEY DID!!
Customer service at its best!
I had to return my whole order without eating a bite. I called with a question about my carryout order and had the worst customer service. I had made a mistake but by the time the team had helped me to figure that out I was no longer hungry. Three people had to answer the phone very unprofessionally and gave no help. The manager was rude and deffensive. I took my whole order back for a refund. I'm not paying to be treated like that. No very pleased today.
