“I can't believe we've been coming to SLT for years and didn't know about this place. We were just trying to find a place that serves poke nachos. Lakeside did not disappoint. We saw other dishes we were interested in come out; everything looked amazing. Bartender Marcel is THE BEST! He is so attentive and genuine. We are delaying our departure so we can go back to Lakeside again before driving home. Did I mention the view is AMAZING?“

“The food was absolutely delicious. We ate the Burrata, Rack of Lamb, and Short Rib, everything complimented each other very well. The meats were cooked perfectly. I genuinely think this is the best meal I've had in a long time. The ambiance is perfect for couple looking for a quiet date night in Tahoe. I think my only critique is that there should be 3 pieces of lamb in that dish instead of 2. A perfect evening to eat a delicious meal and spot a bear strolling down the street after dinner.“

“I was highly skeptical of this place. The loft? Magic show and food? Oh boy how wrong I was.

Drinks are creative, taste good, and have a good kick. The food? Amazing tapas. The duck tacos were a pleasant and yummy surprise.

My only regret is not going twice during my trip, but time was short.

“One of a kind of experience. You're so close if not right on the border of Nevada and California and you can sit and eat and look at both sides depending on what side of the building you're on. If you can ski and ski better than average you can get there. If you don't ski take the gondola from the lake below and enjoy the view from the gondola and lunch on the probably your highest point on the mountain...“
