I had the best pancake breakfast of my life! 3 large fluffy cakes, 2 eggs cooked to perfection and a very generous amount of grilled ham. Everything I experienced during my stay at quaint camp richardson was magical. Sure hope the new owners keep it that way. Took me back to summers in a cabin at the lake as a child nearly 60 years ago.
Sometimes the best experiences in life happen unplanned. We stumbled across the general store while being out and about on a Sunday afternoon. We only wanted a hot chocolate with whip cream, but we also saw this beautiful homemade apple pie sitting in the pastry case.Buck, the manager admitted to making the pie himself, so we couldn’t resist trying it by their cute and warm fireplace in the store.Great service, home-like coziness and great food (the BLT was perfect also).Please...read full review

Despite road closure the store was open andreasy for business, including the food area. We did not sample the food so I can't comment on that. The people were friendly and ready to serve.
