“This place is an absolute gem. We got the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Spicy Chopped Cheeseburger, as well as the Sugar Dust Bites. We had high expectations from the reviews and their amazing pictures before you order. This absolutely blew us away. The seasoning on the fries is very tasty, both sandwiches were cooked to perfection, seasoned with love and served on the best bread possible. The costumer service was phenomenal, such a sweet duo in the kitchen. We will be back here all the time.“

“Used my two free nights coupon this past week. I’m an out of towner visiting family from the Southeast. Did some slots, table games and ate at Mels too. Overall had a good experience but my only issues were the vending machines next to the ice maker was bare, and the lady at the desk Thursday morning had an attitude when I asked for someone to help with a blocked drain the tub. Shout out to Albert at the Guitar Bar, the ladies at the Keno desk, Dave and Matt with guest services too, very friendly and patient. Looking forward to coming back in the winter!“

“I previously visited this restaurant at their old location with my daughter and had an amazing experience — the food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Because of that, I was excited to try their new, larger location for happy hour with a friend. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing this time. When we arrived, we both stood at the entrance for several minutes while multiple staff members looked at us but didn’t acknowledge us or explain whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Eventually someone directed us to a table. We ordered wine and everything seemed fine at first, but our server quickly became unavailable and never checked back in. When our food was delivered by another employee, it was dropped off without utensils or napkins. Happy hour ended at 5:00, and instead of checking on us before then, our server returned afterwards and told us happy hour was over and brought new menus. After finishing our food, we sat with empty glasses and dirty plates while multiple staff walked by without clearing the table or checking on us. After about 10 minutes of waiting with no service, we ended up walking to the bar to pay our bill because no one ever brought it to the table. This was frustrating, especially for a restaurant that presents itself as a higher-end dining experience. I know they’re capable of better based on my previous visit, so hopefully the service improves.“

“went here for the 1st time and it was pretty good. Only complaint some of the sauces they try to be cute with them and it ruins it. like Siracha in the Tartar Sauce for their fish and chips. I will never get that because of that. They put Tabasco in their Thousand Island that is stupid. But nice atmosphere good service and you can play Trivia that was fun. “Amazing family owned Restaurant! Food is SO good! Cozy atmosphere and top notch customer service! Please come support this wonderful Restaurant as recently they suffered a huge setback a burglary where they stole everything! They could really use everyone to go have a meal, an appetizer or a drink. They also have yummy lunch specials! We need to come together to help this small local business who really need a hand up. It would be shame if they had to close their doors after more than 20 years!“

For some reason, I can't order online for the South Reno location. Also even though your website has everything on the menu there is no option for ordering a double patty. I go into the restaurant and order my food to go and will continue to do so but it would be nice and convenient if these issues could be fixed on your ordering website. “My husband and I had a belated anniversary dinner at Biggest Little Steakhouse on 10-19-2023. This was our first visit, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Brian who was very personable and had a great sense of humor. He explained the menu, providing many nice details, and explained their service model (we were sitting outside and after taking our drink order, he explained that we were to place our order with a staff member inside the restaurant and that our meal would be brought to us). We had a filet mignon, peppercorn sauce, and red wine braised mushrooms. The filet was very tender (Brian had explained that both the filet mignon and pork chop were prepared using a special cooking method) and the mushrooms were tasty – good enough to take home our extra. We also enjoyed the focaccia bread, although we preferred it with the herbed butter that came with the filet and olive oil & vinegar we requested after trying the special blend they usually serve with bread – nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t to our taste. The service was excellent throughout – responsive without being intrusive. The warm cookies that were served with the bill were a nice finishing touch. We’ll be back again and are especially looking forward to trying the Beef Wellington bites and pot pie. We also liked that the music at a nice volume level and the style was reminiscent of a speakeasy. Don’t forget happy hour daily from 5-6 and again the last open hour!“

“I have always loved this place. Until today. I came in and got a broccoli n cheddar bread bowl. The ratio was OBVIOUSLY messed up, as the cheese was chunky n not mixed well with the cream like it is normally. And then I had ordered a bowl of the crawfish gumbo. Not a single piece of crawfish in the entire bowl. Not to mention standard gumbo has anduoille sausage. The sausage that was in it was some store bought "Johnson stuffs" This place has gone down hill so quickly. I am extremely disappointed, and will never be back again. Save your $'s. they charge too much and are not giving out the same quality as they once did.“

“Came here as a solo vegetarian. I did not try to find vegan at this restaurant, but I suspect it would be hard. Ovolacto has at least two solid options though. I had the mushroom parparadelle preceded by a Ceaser salad and bread basket. Bread is not free, but it is a large basket with a good selection and comes with oil and vinegar. All of the food was heavy. They like their cream and Parmesan! The salad was bigger than a side. It was good and had crispy romaine with a creamy sauce and thick shaved Parmesan. The parparadelle had a good selection of mushrooms and long thick noodles that had to be cut. It was heavy and salty. There was a good mix of mushrooms. All portions were large. Salad, bread and a main were too much for me and I'm a decent sized guy. If I was with my wife we could have split a salad, side and entree and been full. Overall I'd say it was an interesting fusion of fine dining and comfort food. I will say the staff is very friendly. I felt well taken care of. The decor is fun: a rotating statue, columns that turn into genuine torches, and a ceiling that has lights on the pattern of the stars. Hot towel and white chocolate truffles at the end was a nice touch. I spent about $60 before tip. Not bad for a casino restaurant.“

“We live right around the corner! Rather than spending half an hour trying to figure out dinner, our pizza was ready in 20 minutes. It was very hot when we picked it up, and the crust was nice and crisp. This was our first time getting two whole pizzas. We walk by here everyday and finally ordered. Definitely not disappointed! This Reno location served me up the best Traditional I've ever had in my life, lemme tell ya. Major props to the handsome Indian dude working the joint who made this all possible. He's probably the franchise owner. Watching him make my sandwich felt like being in a commercial. I half expected the spongemonkeys to come out of nowhere singing about the pepper bar. I haven't gotten that excited watching meat laid out nicely on a set of buns since, well, this morning. It's the closest I've ever been to a religious experience. The place was nice and clean, too!“
