“Port of Subs is the perfect sandwich, salads, and wraps restaurant. It’s so affordable, the staff there is so good but the one that stood out to me was the employee Blanca she was so kind and polite and patient she greets everyone who walks in . The employee Blanca’s service was so good she did my order fast and quick and clean didn’t make a mess while doing me sandwich and she carried my order with care. Don’t forget to get your chocolate chip and brownie with your sandwich, salad, or wrap etc best restaurant ever. FYI restaurant is really clean.“

“Visiting from oregon and have already eaten here twice! I love the number 6, veggie with 3 cheeses and avocado! They have sourdough bread as an option which is fantastic. Also offer brookies and cookies, yogurt parfaits, and fresh fruit. And the prices are reasonable too! Wish we had one in oregon but maybe someday :) staff were friendly and diligent too. ❤“

Turns out this place does actually care about their customers. That's awesome, and I had to update my rating after calming down and re-evauating. This Port of Subs has always been great, never a let down before. But I lost my cool after a week from hell and my disappointing experience from here that ended said week was the the last straw. But, after leaving the review, I was contacted by the owner and/or manager who apologized and corrected their errors. They were friendly, apologetic and I could tell they were sincere. A rarity now days. I will def continue to enjoy Port of Subs for their fresh ingredients, house sliced meats, tasty options and great service. Everyone has an off day, and I shouldn't have been so quick to negatively review them. Thank you Port of Subs, my local owned and neighborhood sandwich spot.

Placed an order through the app. Over half of my sandwich ingredients were missing. Tomato, pepperoncinis, onion, and pepperjack-- where were they? What a boring sandwich. Without fail, every time I tip online before receiving my order, they always eff it up. This goes for any and all restaurants that have online ordering. I thought Port of Subs would be better than that, like actually care about the customer?? I guess not if they can't be bothered to read what was requested.“

“Came in on June 23, 2026. Excellent customer service, kind and friendly staff. Staff greeted us as we came in and thanked us when we paid. Great, staff, service and food. Thank you gentlemen this 71 year old senior appreciated your service today. Definitely going back.“

“I've seen this place, everytime I go to the theater.My friend says he goes there a lot, but I thought it was a vegetarian, sandwich place, but I was sorely wrong.I had the #91 the Ruben, it was very tasty, I can believe I've been missing out on great sandwiches.The guy who took my order was very helpful, guided me on some choices. The young lady who gave me my sandwich wasn't as friendly.Next time I'm working in south Reno, I'm definitely going to go back to make sure my visit wasn't a one of. “I haven't had Subway for many years, and went in and got a tuna sandwich from them. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! I did the Italian cheese herb bread, and added some creamy Sriracha, garlic aioli, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese. All in all, it was an excellent experience. It was a great value, the place was clean, and the staff was polite. Would recommend to give it a try if you haven't been there lately. Plus the amount of customization with all the new sauces and add-ons really can make the sandwiches really tasty. Great job! Keep up the great work. 👍“

“Their commercial on the radio says, “How fast”, “fast, really fast”...... I order, pay (about 25 seconds into the process about now). Then I bend down to grab a bag of chips and stand up to a ready sandwich in my face. Thought the commercial was a clever advertising ploy, but they are truly fast, really fast. Sandwich was good too.“
