Visited the PoS on Smithridge Drive in Reno on 9/26 at 6:00 pm - very disappointing. Staff was very rude, as if I was wasting their valuable time.
Ordered a gourmet grill cheese, had to explain to sandwich maker what that is. Wasn't offered condiments or any toppings. Who wants a dry grilled cheese? Asked the sandwich maker to repeat something, since I'm hard of hearing, &, again, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her to the extreme.
