The service is incredible, I always get greeted when I walk in and everyone is so nice. The veggies and cheese are always fresh. I get the #6 every time and I go in and it is always delicious. This is my favorite POS in the Reno/Sparks area. Thank you to the staff and owners for always remembering my order and being so nice!

I always go to the port of subs off Kietzke but this one time I went to this shop and I will not make that mistake again my order was placed on line so it clearly lays out what you want on your sandwich so I pick it up and not only was it all made wrong but there was mold on the bread the pickles and lettuce had black and brown spots on it had to threw that sandwich’s away I love port of subs but this location disappointed me and the woman I picked my sandwiches up from was extremely rude I will not be returning and will be taking a brake from port of subs for a long time after this the only reason I give it a 2 star review is because the man I spoke to on the phone gave me a full refund and was very nice and I apologize to him because I might have been a bit cross but on the other hand my sandwich had mold so I had good reasonHappy I got my $25 back port is subs it too expensive for this kinda “mistake” like how do u miss the mold it was massive and right on the top and down the side of the bread.

This is our go-to. There are three Port of Subs that I'll pass by to get to this one.They're never busy when I go there.The food is always fresh, looks delicious. Best sandwiches in town.The staff is always friendly, fast, they know what they're doing and they do it with precision.The restaurant is always impeccably clean, too! And it smells clean.I almost hate to tell people how great this one is, but those ladies are awesome and deserve all the love and tips!

A comfortable go-to sandwich stop. The shop has a clean appearance and staff is always friendly and efficient. Parking is easy and abundant. I've always ordered in person, but there is an option to order online and pick up your meal. So if you need to speed things up beyond their already quick service, you could go that route.

At first I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. However, I ordered a medium number three on wheat and received mostly bread and mayonnaise. The slicer was set to paperthin, I couldn't believe I could see through the salami. There was nothing in between the bread! I had a medium sandwich with mayonnaise and mustard. And it cost me over $10, I couldn't believe it. I will never be returning to this Port of Subs again.
