Customer service is excellent. This means a lot when you go in, spend your money & you are treated with respect. The sandwiches are made exactly the way you want....but most importantly the employees SERVE & I hv never found ONE employee who acts as if he/she hates being there. So many places have terrible customer service but Port of Subs in Stead is TOP NOTCH!
Asked the girl what was best. The #8 was an unbelievably delicious choice!
I placed a paid, online order at 4:45pm to be picked up at 5:30pm on my way home. I've done this several times with no issues. Tonight, due to traffic, I arrived at 6:08 pm, but I figured that would have been plenty of time. Nope. They didn't have my order.
Found out their was no paper in their printer that notifies them on an online order, so now I am waiting for the sandwiches I ordered over an hour ago. So disappointed. Hopefully this will help them remember to keep paper...read full review
