This is another place that really was affected by covid pandemic.Now you have to either use a computer kiosk, online order, or order from the unhappy ladies at the register.You don't get to actually see your sandwich made, like before C19, you just have to stand around and wait.The sandwiches are still pretty good, but it's such a pain to order (imo) than it used to be its not really worth the effort.

Went into Deli Towne today for the first time in a few months. I ordered my usual egg salad on Dutch crunch. I must say that it was a total disappointment when I got it home and opened it up. There was literally just a thin layer of egg salad on the entire sandwich. Deli Towne has always been generous with their portions, and I know eggs are expensive, but when you spend almost $20 on a sandwich I expect to taste more egg salad than bread. Sandwiches are great. However to place an order you have to go to a group of arranged tables in a corner and order thru an IPad, and navigate a series of different toppings windows. This can be pretty confusing for the non savvy. To see the confusion and frustrations on the patrons faces while waiting is pretty sad. I will never understand how small businesses think that less customer interaction is a good business model.
