We have bern coming here when we stay in Reno for about 20 plus years. The prices are reasonable and we like the food. The blinds are always pulled which makes it dark and not a great atmosphere..we try to sit by a,window and pull the blinds up so we can see out and break the darkness!
Good food, very good service. Mongolian beef was on point more flavor than most places, and extra spice if you ask for it. Service was how people used to do it. Definitely recommend even if it's out of your way.
Palais De Jade might be the most slept on Chinese restaurant in Reno. I think the name throws people off. It’s French for “Jade Palace,” so nothing about it tells you what you’re walking into. Don’t let that stop you, because the food is delicious.
The portions are significant and the menu options seem endless. The staff is friendly and attentive every time.
