“I stopped here while passing through and was not disappointed by the experience. The biscuits are really great and probably the best thing that I had. Just a biscuit with butter and marionberry jam was the most exquisite bite. I didn’t super love the chicken fried steak, it was just okay to me. Don’t sleep on the mushroom gravy though, I liked it better than the sausage gravy but both were good. I think the sausage gravy is slightly sweeter if you’re trying to decide. I was bummed that jam was an extra cost but it was worth it — one order of jam was enough to share with two people.“

“I’m currently a Diamond member and I am treated very well. I was prior when I was Platinum as well. The hotel is clean and most of the employees are great. I frequent Vegas often and I would rather spend a weekend at Peppermill and hang out in the sportsbook and tables in Reno. As for food, it’s above average. The deli in the sportsbook is great. The Chinese place Chi is solid as is the steakhouse Bimini. Only place I don’t recommend is the Mexican place near the check in/out counter.“

The rest of the meal missed the mark.
I asked for crispy potatoes and they were not. The country fried steak and eggs were bland. I get the idea of a lowest common denominator when spicing food in a restaurant but this goes too far.“

“This particular IHOP good out of their way to hire international staff. I have been going there starting two weeks after they opened.

Always clean. Always nice servers. Food usually is quick coming out. If it isn't quick, it had member been a long wait.“

“Very nice location of Reno out heading towards Carson City, about 15min away from the major casinos that are closer to downtown. Beautiful outdoor mall about 5min drive, too. I love the Cinnamon Strawberry Crepes and Egg Whites Only Omelet that I get with spinach and mushrooms. Plus, the $7 Scramble is a GREAT deal!...Its Scrambled eggs, hash browns & cheese only but a decent portion, no meat or toast....But NOT easy to find on menu, quite hidden.“

“My waitress walked by me while my glass was empty, the manager didn't check to see if anyone's food/service was good. The manager was refilling syrup at the tables. It wasn't until I sat glaring at the empty glass that someone else asked if I wanted it refilled. By then, I didn't want it refilled, I just wanted to pay and leave. When the waitress asked me what was wrong, I told her and she started to laugh!“
