The waitress was trying but it was just packed but, my daughter and my breakfast were very cold. Scrambled eggs and pancajes the butter wouldnt even melt. Vary disappointed and we were very hungry. Ihop did write me and asked i copy and paste but i was unable to do so. But they apologized and said someone would contact me from that franchize. I Reno. That does make me feel better.
My mom and I was visiting from out of town for a mini vacation and came here for breakfast. The hostess said it would be a 15-minute wait but it did not take that long for us to be seated at a table. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday morning. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and professional. Food was hot and delicious. Our waitress was new and did a fabulous job for us.

We love IHOP, so while visiting Reno we went for breakfast. They weren't busy, but we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. Once the food arrived, it was hot and tasty.There are 2 unisex bathrooms and they were both disgusting. I don't want to guess why both floors were wet. There was toilet paper everywhere, and the one I used had no paper towels.Overall, our breakfast was good.
