For a small place its very busy and fast from when I came last time.
This is the third time I've ordered through the app for breakfast at home, and the orders are always wrong. For example, they give you a kid's cheeseburger instead of a burger with avocado and vegetables. They don't even give you the order you ask for. This is the last time I order from here; the staff is definitely incompetent.
This is my favorite IHOP, the food is always good and the service from Benny is great as well. Very attentive to our table needs. Welcomes you with an amazing smile, offers you selections on the menu. Overall great customer service! If I could I'd give him a 10/10!

They observed the waitress grabbing glasses by the rim and requested fresh water glasses and coffee cups, which she repeatedly did despite being in plain view. This made her nervous, and she almost dropped the glasses, leading her to ask a coworker to serve them instead. The customer felt this was immature and unprofessional, and expressed they would not return.
Additionally, a customer shared frustrations about the management and menu offerings. They appreciated a server named Jose M for his effort, despite being overworked. However, they were upset that they couldn’t order a breakfast Favorite item in person, as it was unavailable locally, even though it was listed on the IHOP app for pick-up. They criticized the management for this failure and expressed dissatisfaction with paying more than the menu price, urging for a management overhaul.
