The food was great too, the burger was HUGE. The buzzed bee honey ale was a great lighter beer. Even on a Tuesday evening the place was quite full and lovely! My only gripe was that twice in the same meal our server forgot about two separate beer orders - otherwise service was good, and the food came out fast!“
“I got the Greek salad which comes with romaine lettuce, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, peppers, peperoncini, feta cheese and a lemon vinaigrette. The salad was a good size and filled me up quickly. Staff was extremely friendly, greeted as soon as I sat down by the bartender, the waitress came shortly after. Pricing was very fair considering the size of the plate!“

The drinks are typically strong and the service is always friendly and welcoming. Both Billie and Jessica are always so very happy to see you and welcome you in! “I came in to see a friend's local band and have some cocktails with friends. It is a cool venue because it is an old house that has been converted into a bar and patio. You can bring your own items to cook on the grills or smoker, just bring a receipt to show that it is fresh. They have a great selection of whiskey, tequila, and other spirits. Their cocktails are top-notch.“

“I've always loved this bar. It is incredibly underrated IMHO, and that's ok because it means more space for me to hang. For one, the location is perfect. North end of midtown, walking distance to restaurants and other bars and shops, parking surrounding the business, make this a home run. I like the small outdoor patio here. The high walls help you forget you're surrounded by other buildings and cars whizzing past. The interior is chill. There are long communal public tables with bar stools to sit at, and I enjoy seeing who is going to end up sitting with me when I choose this area. The bar is long and offers seating as well, and there are even a few small nooks with more intimate seating options as well.But we are here for the drinks, and these never let down and the prices are hard to believe, in a good way! I stick to the classics, and they make a mean old fashioned. Their spirits selection is diverse and they do have quite a few allocated bottles, and price per pour is typically reasonable too! This is such a solid local spot and I'm glad a special event brought me in again. I need to visit more often.“
“This place rocks! I've been here many times. Last night I went to a show here, and I had a blast. It's a dive bar that does live events, mostly metal. They also have goth nights and other events here. It's open 24 hours. I come here for shows and I've never ordered an alcoholic drink here, but I have gotten Coca Cola twice, and it was good. Prompt service. Laid back setting. The promoters for live events are friendly, so it's all good vibes. They have *free self serve water*, so you will be nicely hydrated, and ready to mosh (or stand and nod, whatever works for you!). This place was like a second home for a while, but I deactivated Facebook, so didn't see many events advertised for three years. I still went here in those three years, but mainly to see Cyborg Octopus. They play in Reno at Alturas a lot! This place is a great show venue. In the summer it's nice because there's more fresh air inside, so I'm looking forward to that. There was a strange smell downstairs. The moment you got to the stairs it smelt like sewage and maybe gas? I hope they address this soon. If they didn't have a smell problem I would give this 5 stars!“
“My lady and I went in for a quick drink while we were waiting for our pizza next door and the gentleman that was working (thursdays at 6:30pm) was really helpful with our liquor selection and he was a really nice guy and talked to us for awhile while helping others out! Would definitely go back!“
“Love flowing tide. This location is my favorite. The service is impeccable. Aspen took great care of us. Along with other servers, making sure we had everything we needed. The Rueben sandwich is fresh and filling. And flowing tide makes the best fries in town. Can't beat their happy hour 2 times a day 2-6 and 9-12, makes for a great go to for delicious food at an affordable price.“

“The #1 late night bar in Reno. Great prices, lots of options (unless you drink wine), and generally an awesome crowd. It is apparently a dive bar, but arguably, it's much nicer than a dive. No food, but you can have some delivered. The pool table is nice and well maintained, and the heaters outside make for good patio seating year round!“
“We enjoyed the regular pork schnitzel and the pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy. Both came with piping hot garlic fries -- really good! Our server took great care of us. I had the Rosé cider, which was excellent, and my friend had a German lager. All desserts are made on premises, and we look forward to trying the bienenstich sometime soon. The bill for 2 dinner entrees, a beer and a soda, plus dessert, was about $100 with tip.Parking: As this is in an outdoor mall, there’s always plenty of parking.“
“My husband and I finally were able to go to Ceol's new location. It's beautiful inside and is such a better location then their last spot. The owner took the time to chat with us, nice guy. He even suggested a mix of two different beers, that I wouldn't have thought of mixing and it was very good! They have fresh popped popcorn and live music Saturdays. Looking forward to going back.“
