“I’m not much of a fast food eater, however every so often, in times of need and with no time to sit down and eat, they definitely come in handy. I happened to be near McDonald’s and noticed there were no waits or long lines, so I decided to grab a quick bite. The representative over the speaker was very pleasant, clear, and professional. Once I pulled up to the cashier window, I realized he was also the person who took my order — and again, he was personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I made sure to let him know he was one of the better interactions I’ve had at this location. I usually try to avoid this McDonald’s because of the lack of customer care I’ve experienced in the past, so I felt Osvy deserved recognition. He’s a great representation of customer service and should definitely work the window more often. Per usual, they had me park and wait for the food, but Aspen was also very pleasant and actually thanked me — which sadly seems rare nowadays. Usually team members just hand you the food and walk away. Overall, today was one of the better experiences I’ve had at this location. Great job, Osvy and Aspen!“

Jack in the Box has consistently provided some of the best customer service compared to other fast-food restaurants, especially in the Fernley area.
On this visit, the young lady (teenager or early 20s, blonde) taking drive-thru orders was exceptionally pleasant, clear, and professional. She explained the process, apologized for having us pull forward to wait, and thanked us throughout each interaction. Even with what appeared to be a busy period, she remained friendly, patient, and genuinely courteous.
It was one of the best drive-thru customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the driver, so I couldn’t see her name tag to recognize her personally. She truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provided.“
