“Liz is so professional and kind. I could tell she really appreciates her job and the customers. She could not have been sweeter even if she owned the place her self! I tried telling her thank you 😀 but she kept thanking me! I hope she gets a raise. I'm sure that management already knows she is great. Maybe she already is a manager. Jack in the Box has consistently provided some of the best customer service compared to other fast-food restaurants, especially in the Fernley area.

On this visit, the young lady (teenager or early 20s, blonde) taking drive-thru orders was exceptionally pleasant, clear, and professional. She explained the process, apologized for having us pull forward to wait, and thanked us throughout each interaction. Even with what appeared to be a busy period, she remained friendly, patient, and genuinely courteous.

It was one of the best drive-thru customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the driver, so I couldn’t see her name tag to recognize her personally. She truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provided.“

“One of the better Subway sandwiches I've had. Not why I'm here though. Decided to get an ICEE for my drink. Every place I try an ICEE that's half/half and the employee has to make if for me, it's always one flavor on the bottom, the other on top. I'm not going to be picky about it obviously. So I get my ICEE and.....wait...the flavors were put in alternating. So it's actually mixed together! It put a smile on my face, and almost brought a tear to my eye. I think their name was Nathan. Anyways, good job, and thank you for your sandwich artistry!~“

“It’s been a while since our last visit, but we usually stop by this location since the Walmart location in Fernley tends to be much busier.

We were greeted and warmly welcomed by both Leila and Ethan, who even opened the doors for us when they saw us pulling into the parking lot. That small gesture made a great first impression.

They were quick and efficient in preparing our sandwiches exactly as requested and provided friendly service throughout our visit.

Both employees stayed busy cleaning and maintaining the facility with the supplies they had available, which was appreciated.

The only area that could use some attention is the floor mats and restrooms, as they would benefit from a deep cleaning. Other than that, everything was good, and we enjoyed our visit. Thanks to Leila and Ethan for their excellent customer service! - both 5 stars“

“I went thru the drive-thru. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. The breakfast sandwich was well made, fresh and tasty. My order was correct. I even got the extra napkins I requested. I would purchase breakfast from this Burger King, again.“

“I had a hard time pre-ordering wings for the Thursday night football game so I called store. Monica was so helpful and she took my order and had it ready when we got there. She needs a promotion and a raise. I will be returning there for sure“

“I go here usually every 1 in 3 days due to working nearby. The food always tastes amazing and consistently the same. For a decent price you can get a good meal with typically quickly made food. The staff is always kind and clearly do their job well.“

“This McDonalds is alright I mean, the wait times are a bit frustrating sometimes. (The mobile ordering app helps out though) I usually go through drive thru, but the times ive walked inside of the McDonalds, its pretty clean and well maintained. Its decent.“
