first of all, when i walked in , the floors were dirty, the tables were dirty and the bathroom, it was horrific, so dirty like it had never been clean before. although the service took a little long as i suspected for just a personal pan pizza even though i am the only one here. they were nice, although when i walked in we had to wait about 3 min just for them to start ordering me even thought i was the only one here at the time. but the pizza was very good. it was perfectly cooked....read full review

I order delivery to my home. So Atmosphere is I guess 3 of 5? Never been there. I used to order Dominos, but due to the management, of the Fernley store, my pizzas were delivered an average of 90 min and COLD, and many times my order was wrong. Pizza Hut in Fernley, I get my order usually within the hour (30 min or less) The pizza is HOT, and order is correct.
