“Friendly and excellent service. It's rare when you find professionalism. The employees try their damnedest. To make the customer happy I've been there 47 times since October. For Pizza, calzone and salads. Keep it up, employees. It's rare when you have something great. That's why I Tip, every time.“

“My kids are the pickiest pizza eaters so we always get pizza factory! It’s the only pizza in town they like! (I can’t blame them) Great service, great food, and the specials make it so affordable. Pizza factory is our go to pizza place every Friday😀“

“We go early as to avoid the lunch crowd. Nannette and staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been going there for over ten years and noticed that there aren't any more board games available. What happened to them?
The food consistent and appreciate the senior discount! Keep up the great service to Fernley!“
