“I had such a great experience with Pronto Pizza today and wanted to give a shoutout to Nolan. I called to place a delivery order but realized mid-call that my wallet was in my husband’s truck, so I had to hang up and call him to get my card info. When I called back, Nolan was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole situation, which I really appreciated.
The pizza is always a 10/10, service can be spotty at times- but today the customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Nolan, for going above and beyond!“

“Delicious pizza! Be prepared for a wait on Friday evening because thay are really popular! Well worth the wait for outstanding food! The other great thing is how all the people that work there acknowledge you when you come in, are waiting and when you leave. The level of politeness is really nice in this day of rude people out there. 10 stars for customer service!“

“Absolutely lovely. We stopped by on our way home to California from Virginia City. I thought the name was cool. The staff were all friendly, energetic and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the menu and the town. Pizza was delicious and a nice selection of wines. We will definitely stop on our next visit. Louis, our server, was great!“

“Great pizza!!! Have been traveling from Ohio to Nevada, eating pizza along the way. Had not found any good pizza since home, but Pizza Factory Minden is awesome, crust and sauce are spectacular! 😍“

“Good energy all around, our server was awesome. He came to check on us multiple times, and left us alone when we were going to town. Ribs melting off the bone, tri tip so soft it makes your mouth water. If you enjoy bbq you will love this place. Open late 12 am since I've been here. We are going to come back soon“
