“I had such a great experience with Pronto Pizza today and wanted to give a shoutout to Nolan. I called to place a delivery order but realized mid-call that my wallet was in my husband’s truck, so I had to hang up and call him to get my card info. When I called back, Nolan was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole situation, which I really appreciated.
The pizza is always a 10/10, service can be spotty at times- but today the customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Nolan, for going above and beyond!“

“Stopped here with my boys as we waited for car repair. Giving top ratings because of our server, Noah. Just wanted to say how much I appreciated his positivity during what was an obviously a hectic shift. (He was working alone when we arrived.) He also introduced us to their buffet midday deal. “Absolutely lovely. We stopped by on our way home to California from Virginia City. I thought the name was cool. The staff were all friendly, energetic and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the menu and the town. Pizza was delicious and a nice selection of wines. We will definitely stop on our next visit. Louis, our server, was great!“

“Great pizza!!! Have been traveling from Ohio to Nevada, eating pizza along the way. Had not found any good pizza since home, but Pizza Factory Minden is awesome, crust and sauce are spectacular! 😍“

“Food was great, service wasn't bad just wish my drink was filled up a little more but other than that service was good. I even left my credit card behind by accident and they saved it for me so that was highly appreciated. The atmosphere was ok. They do have casino games at the bar so that was cool.“

“Delicious pizza! Be prepared for a wait on Friday evening because thay are really popular! Well worth the wait for outstanding food! The other great thing is how all the people that work there acknowledge you when you come in, are waiting and when you leave. The level of politeness is really nice in this day of rude people out there. 10 stars for customer service!“
