“The pizza was decent. The pepperoni pizza was a bit greasy, almost to the point of being too soggy to eat. The store did not have Italian sausage, so the employee substituted hamburger in its place. I didn't really care, but a phone call would have been a better way to handle the situation, especially if a customer has dietary restrictions.“
“While whatever small town I happen to be in, I can depend on Pizza Factory to provide consistently good pizza and have it taste the same basically no matter where I am. I'm in Fallon NV and Pizza Factory comes through. My crew needed a quick meal and I spotted this pizza Factory, so here we are! We ordered the Calzone combo and a Hawaiian, just cause there's some guys that like Hawaiian. Me, it's the Calzone that shines! Calzones are more rare for main stream pizza chain to offer, and Pizza Factory delivers ...... with the taste and crust that is! We all loved the pizza and especially the crust. You can tell a great pizza if even the crust is all good to the last bite! OK, back to work!“
“Great pizza for the price. It has been a fine addition to the Fallon area quick dining spots. It is not the best pizza ever made, but it is a very affordable alternative to burgers and fries. I miss the $5.00 ready on the go pepperoni pizza. It was so convenient to stop in and grab on the go.“
“The home town feel . The pizza barn. When coming here expect to wait. It’s the norm. If you come from out of town understand they’re always busy and you will wait plain and simple. This isn’t a Pizza Hut where you expect to be served in 15 minutes.The times I come in I always enjoy the pizza. A few months back I wasn’t enjoying it as much but I came in yesterday and the pizza was top notch and not skimpy.Their children’s area and board games are nice for entertainment.I do have to say that this establishment does need a face lift and a deep cleaning . Like deep cleaning . The booths and floors are absolutely caked in dirt and nasty grosssness. If I managed or owned I’d hold a mandatory meeting at 7 am sharp 4 hrs before opening with every employee and get down to the nitty gritty once a month on top of the daily cleaning supposed to be happening. And if employee can’t make day or time due to commitments if they want their job I’m sure you could find a task for them to do the nitty gritty for a few hours instead of preparing food for customers.“
“My experience tonight was most pleasant. When I called for a delivery, the woman that took my order actually lifted my spirits. She was so delightful, her name is Audrey. She gets high marks from me. Thank you for hiring her. I will definitely call domino's when I want to order pizza again .“
“I like the magnifico it's on the bottom right side of the screen. Very often the folks at the till can't find it. The pie is awesome. We really enjoy it. It's worth having to help find it on the screen.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent“
