“The pizzas always get to me hot and fresh. They have plenty of fresh toppings and they have great deals. I’ve ordered quite a bit from this store over the years and always received the right thing. Tonight I got a pizza with more toppings than I ordered (and I don’t like the additional toppings at all). I called hoping to just get a refund for the one pizza but they went above and beyond. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very apologetic and turned a potentially bad order experience to a good one. The other employees I’ve interacted with at this store have always been so nice!“

“I previously visited this restaurant at their old location with my daughter and had an amazing experience — the food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Because of that, I was excited to try their new, larger location for happy hour with a friend. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing this time. When we arrived, we both stood at the entrance for several minutes while multiple staff members looked at us but didn’t acknowledge us or explain whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Eventually someone directed us to a table. We ordered wine and everything seemed fine at first, but our server quickly became unavailable and never checked back in. When our food was delivered by another employee, it was dropped off without utensils or napkins. Happy hour ended at 5:00, and instead of checking on us before then, our server returned afterwards and told us happy hour was over and brought new menus. After finishing our food, we sat with empty glasses and dirty plates while multiple staff walked by without clearing the table or checking on us. After about 10 minutes of waiting with no service, we ended up walking to the bar to pay our bill because no one ever brought it to the table. This was frustrating, especially for a restaurant that presents itself as a higher-end dining experience. I know they’re capable of better based on my previous visit, so hopefully the service improves.“

“I used to only like the Chicago stuffed pizza from Papa Murphy's. But my latest buy was 3 separate pizzas, and none of them were Chicago stuffed.
They were all my own creations, except for one, which was half-and-half of 2 different menu, pizzas, I've got to say they did a fantastic job. Because I enjoyed all of them and so did my family and that's hard to accomplish. I will definitely be ordering again and regularly. Now that I know that there are absolutely multiple items. My family enjoys as well as twelve dollar large pizza tuesdays. There was no skimping on toppings and the employees were kind. The store was clean. Ordering was easy it's all around win.“

“My grandparents flew in from Florida and we all agreed we wanted pizza, so I looked up the best pizza joints in Reno. This one came up first. It just so happened to be super close to where we were staying, so bonus! There was plenty of seating for the 7 of us. The wait was way less than we thought it was going to be, but we weren't in a rush. All we got was 2 pepperoni pizzas... And oh my God... They were the best 2 pepperoni pizzas we ever had. It was insanely good. I'd love to go back again. 💜“

“We have used Mountain Mikes twice now to cater work lunch. They are fantastic. Such a great deal. The pizza is super fresh as was the salad. The owner is great and very accommodating. He’s always working hard behind the counter. I didn’t order enough our last lunch, called in a few more pizzas, and they had them ready when I got there despite it being a very busy lunch hour for Reed High School. We will continue to use them!“

“We come here weekly for trivia, as well as occasionally to meet up with friends or even get some work done when I need a change of scenery working from home. KJ has been the best bartender whenever we’re in. She makes you feel welcomed when she greets you, is always showing new comers how to use the card system to pour their drinks, and is attentive and friendly! The med vs large sandwich size isn't that much of a difference, and that the medium size is fairly large compared to other sandwich places!“

“I grew up in NYC and with that being said for the XLNYC the dough was good, but very thin. If you doubled it, it would still be thin and yet the right thickness. The Italian seasonings on top was way too much for a family pie, too much for even me. The average kid might not be able to eat it. Great and rapid service. Would I come back? Yes.

Parking: Parking can get tight when busy. Parking strips could certainly be widened a bit.“

Not a single topping came off...but in my mouth! the Cheese...like everything melted in our mouths. My kids made me come back for more! The employees friendly and nice!The restaurant was clean! Its a hole in the wall restaurant and I give it 5 stars! The cost for a XL is $25. The quality and the service is amazing! You will have us coming back weekly! Thank you“

“Only issue I ever have is applying Slice Rewards. Free pizza reward was applied and reduced over all cost but then receive error when I attempt to pay that reward is invalid. I ultimately have not been able to apply a reward for a free pizza as of yet. Most likely due to Tuesday Special pricing but very confusing to allow application then disallow at checkout when paying.“

“There isn't really any decor pretty bare Bones there's a lot they could do to make it more inviting a little paint some pictures on the wall that kind of thing but the food amazing I brought my family from Alaska they were super impressed with the pizza it was so good even the salads looked good and everybody ate everything it's one of our favorite places to take people out of town but we always warn them ahead of time that there's really no decor or atmosphere you're going there for the pizza great service even though she was the only server and I think she was cooking the pizza too somebody should pay her more money!“

“We found ourselves at the Silver Legacy in Reno for a few nights. First night we were walking around checking out everything and decided to eat dinner at the Brew Brothers. Just happened to be happy hour so tried a few menu items. Everything was great. We ate there 2 more times during our stay.. the Chicken BBQ pizza was the winner for sure.. The pizza crust is amazing and the BBq sause on the chicken was great. Service was wonderful and the place was very clean.“
