“Been coming to this place since they opened the steak used to be really thin sliced, I feel like they changed cooks because the steak isn't as thin as it was , now there bigger pieces an alittle hard to chew , I still love it but wish they could go back to the really really thin sliced “
“I am a self-proclaimed pizza & wings connoisseur. If you look at me you would absolutely believe it. ? now as for Rick's it has become my absolutely favorite pizza ever. They care about the crust, the ingredients and everything is seasoned perfectly. Most places rely on the sauce and or toppings only. I so highly recommend everyone give Rick's a try. My only complaint is the restaurant itself is a bit drab but hopefully, with added success, they can renovate in the future.“
“If I could give 100 stars, I would!Firstly, I am not from here and this was my first time in Reno. I had to order a large order for our wrestling team's dinner. I was searching pizza places near me and I'm a stickler for choosing the best rated/ reviewed places. I saw pizanos and it was the best rated pizza near us.I first spoke to Jacob, who was very patient with me while ordering as it was very loud where I was. After he took my order, we were having issues with payment. Since we weren't too far from there, my husband and I decided to walk over. We get there and we were greeted by Marky.(I'm spelling that wrong, I'm sorry lol) She was very sweet and took care of us once we got there. She gave us water cups and showed us immaculate service. Our order was done in about 20-25 min when we thought would be over an hour. Since we walked, Marky insisted that they'd give us a ride back with all these pizzas and wings lol. It was silly on our part to think we could walk back but just the fact that it wasn't even a question to help us was mind blowing. I've never met anyone so willing to help. They are incredibly kind and helpful individuals. I greatly appreciate the awesome experience. Pizza & wings were great 100/10! Everyone loved it and couldn't stop saying how good it was. “I really love the pizza here in midtown I was little disappointed with the pizza I really liked the one in summit mall it was said that is no longer there. I don’t know if they change the size of the medium it wasn’t has Fluffy or the crust didn’t rise up enough as the south location I loved the bigger slices with more cheese it just didn’t look like same as it was when it was summit mall. The service was way better the staff seem less stress out had better service. The Atmosphere was ok but the music was really loud was hard to hear the waiter. The noise level was really loud like family was yelling at there table wasn’t very respectful of her surroundings the people near. But I hope that soon noble pie parlor will find a new spot to have south Reno again because I definitely want them to come back some where they can have good staff. Hope the pizza will improve the next time I go noble pie parlor or the new future location south location I hope the owner will put it in consideration. “Best wings in town. Friendly service, excellent location. The ambiance is classic- tried and true to a quality pizza shop. We were bummed back when Blue Moon closed their doors but Satisfaction Pizza has taken the torch and is running with it. Satisfaction Pizza is living up to its name. “The one I go to is right by the college so it can be very crowded in there at times however they do have good customer service and maybe it was my bad that when I was picking up an order for doordash there and standing in line forever I just figured that was the line I was supposed to stand and but they made me go to a different line even though I saw my order sitting right there other than that they're all nice friendly Bright Young Smiles and the food there has got to be probably one of my most favorite chicken places to eat at however it can get very pricey don't get me wrong on that but I guess that sauce is priceless“
“MY NEW GO TO PIZZA SPOT! One of the top spots in reno for pizza. Great spot to dine in. They have a bar that you can relax, grab a beer, and watch a game while enjoying some wings and pizza. Staff have always been friendly and location always clean. Also would be a good spot to host a party or event with how spacious the location is. Highly recommend stopping by.“
“Mountain Mike's has been my favorite since I was a child. The mini pepperoni are the best. I recommend patting them with napkins to soak up the grease. My only issue with all pizza places is that they are way too expensive now. If someone pays 25$ for a medium pizza, please don't charge for ranch! Regardless of the price and always regretting paying 25$+ for a medium pepperoni with fresh tomatoes after bake, it's my favorite.“

“We had our daughter 3rd birthday there with about 20 total people.*There was lots of space available for a party*It was so clean and tidy!*Shorty was incredibly accommodating and helpful! Let us use the freezer for ice cream and let us in early to set up for the party.*Answered all questions we had and Shorty and her mom were so friendly and personable.*The staff was very polite and helpful.*Pizza was delicious! Every adult/parent commented on how good the pizza was. The pepperoni was a big hit with the kids.*The party space is right next to the arcade area. Cornhole, arcade games, table shuffleboard, and large connect four game are available. This area was even better than we anticipated and was a huge hit with both kids and adults. There is a machine to get quarters. The candy machine was the biggest hit because even our littlest one at 3 would win a prize every time.*Everyone left with a full tummy and happy kids that were ready to take a nap!*We would absolutely have a birthday party for any of our family members here, regardless of age. “Service here was much better than most other fast food places. I enjoyed the table touches by employees, making sure we had enough sauce and if we needed anything else. The chicken was not hot but not warm. Sitting out from a heat source causes its inner temp to drop. The fries were like most places that have them on standby. “This place has been around Reno for many years and has multiple owners. Some that were completely disconnected, some that came in to drop off fruit then disappear, some that babysat the staff and made it completely uncomfortable to be there. Today it has some ownership that is doing better than most. They are trying. That's a difficult trait to find in the bar industry sometimes. But with these guys it shows. Staff is friendly, beer is cold and you can always find a game on the televisions. 10 out of 10.“

“My family likes coming here for mostly take out. Dining in is pretty cool too. They have an arcade area & usually have sports playing on the mounted tv's. In the back, you can enjoy the pool table. Also, they serve beer. As for customer service, the employees are mostly nice. I got my order messed up before but they fixed it.(: Pizza is pretty darn good!
