The pizza and bread sticks at this papa John's out dusts the one in south reno by a land slide. A few months back the service there was mediocre at best, but recently it has got a bit better. If they continue as they gave been it will jump to 5.
Always fast and this location is always consistent 👌 great pizza and great app deals always

Papa Johns Pizza is a popular restaurant known for its simple and tasty pizza options, especially pepperoni and NY style pizza. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful service, particularly from staff who go out of their way to assist, even during busy times when the store is short-staffed. Despite occasional wait times, such as 15 minutes for an order, many find the service to be good and the staff commendable. The in-store experience includes a bench for waiting, as there are no dine-in tables, but the promptness and friendly atmosphere make up for it. The restaurant is praised for its consistent quality, with favorites like garlic butter sauce and peppers becoming staples for many customers. Breadsticks are also highly recommended, especially for those who are not big pizza fans but enjoy good sauces. The mobile app is easy to use, ensuring orders are ready on time, which is appreciated during short lunch breaks. While delivery charges and taxes are noted as negatives, many customers feel that Papa Johns offers great value and taste, often preferring it over other pizza chains. Overall, Papa Johns Pizza is recognized for its good service, tasty food, and reliable quick pickup, making it a favorite for families and pizza lovers alike.
