Pizza Factory is a welcoming restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. The eatery has an arcade area, pool table, and mounted TVs playing sports, making it a great spot for families and sports enthusiasts. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, despite occasional mistakes. The food, including the pizzas, is praised for its generous portions and quality ingredients, with prices being relatively reasonable. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and has ample parking. Customers enjoy the good pizza, with some saying it is better than 90% of other pizza places and Nevada good. There are also retro games like Street Fighter and some racing games, though some machines, like the Star Wars pinball and candy claw machine, do not work. The restaurant occasionally faces challenges, such as early closures due to being short staffed, which can lead to longer wait times even when the place is quiet. Overall, Pizza Factory remains a popular spot for pizza lovers looking for a family-friendly environment with arcade games and sports on TV.
