“I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s a decent mountain pizza, but this time was phenomenal because of Sophie!!! She was the most fun and attentive server I’ve had here in the mountains in a long time! We had such a great time and she took genuine care of us. We will be back to sit in Sophie’s section on our next trip up! Thanks again, Sophie !!!“

“Gourmet pizza! We love coming here whenever we are in town. Family owned business and the owner is a wonderful person. We had the pleasure to meet him 3 winters ago. I am so glad how this place gets more and more popular!!
Taste and ingredients are great. The temperature control on the pizza is on point. Price on root beer is so good! Can’t beat that.
One thing to note, it does take long time to get the pizza, if you are in a rush, you can either call ahead to order or try this place when you have time to enjoy. It took us about 45mins to get our pizza a few weeks ago.
They have indoor and outdoor seating! How relaxing.“

“While the food was not entirely amazing, it is definitely on the list of places that I would buy from again in a heartbeat. We are not from Truckee, but this restaurant has definitely made the list for a restaurant to go to the next time we visit!“
“The pizza is delicious but they are not prepared for multiple customers. We were told our pizza would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. When we arrived, we waited an additional 75 minutes for our order. We had to ask for updates since that information wasn't forthcoming while we waited.“

“We always have Jiffy’s Pizza our first night in Tahoe Vista at Mourelatos! The garlic/pesto chips are so good! We love the pizzas….especially the pesto chicken. And then we enjoy the left overs for the next few days 🍕“
