Great food, bad service. Have been here multiple times. Last visit came after work, hoping to have a sit down dinner. We got here an hour before close, the staff was rude and guilted us into taking our order to go.

While whatever small town I happen to be in, I can depend on Pizza Factory to provide consistently good pizza and have it taste the same basically no matter where I am.
