Great little place to eat, drink and play games. Staff was great and they were working their butts off. Lots of smoked meat, chicken, pork and sausage. Friends told me breakfast was great too.
Great food and service. Visited it for breakfast and dinner and had a great experience.
We had a great time!!

The Fox & Hound in Lake Tahoe offers a pleasant dining experience with a stunning view. The restaurant serves delicious food, including a well-prepared tri-tip salad and generously portioned dinner items such as pulled pork with various sauces. The breakfast menu features standouts like crispy hash browns, perfectly cooked bacon, and amazing cinnamon roll pancakes. Customers have highlighted the amazing ribs and tasty tri-tip dinner, while the breakfast pancakes are described as huge and fluffy. Although the hot sauce selection is limited, the service is friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable, with $48 for two people including multiple sides, making it a popular choice for locals and visitors alike.
The restaurant has a casual and unpretentious atmosphere, especially at the bar where guests can enjoy their favorite brew and play card games. While some find it a little pricey, many agree that the serving sizes justify the cost. Highlights include the vinegar BBQ sauce and the awesome mud pie. Guests have also highly recommended the pulled pork sandwiches and enjoyed dining on the deck while taking in the outdoor views of Kingsbury. The overall experience is marked by strong service, making it a great spot to visit again.
