“Delicious pizza! Be prepared for a wait on Friday evening because thay are really popular! Well worth the wait for outstanding food! The other great thing is how all the people that work there acknowledge you when you come in, are waiting and when you leave. The level of politeness is really nice in this day of rude people out there. 10 stars for customer service!“

“I’m so excited that JJ’s is open again! I have missed their chili rellenos and chicken tacos. The best, most authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. It’s nice to enjoy a meal in a family atmosphere. I highly recommend them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. ❤️“

“The food was really good! Everything we tried was hot, fresh, and well-stocked, even though the restaurant was busy. Service was a little slow with drink refills, but that was understandable given how crowded it was.
The air conditioning had also just gone down, so it was pretty warm inside. That seemed like an unexpected issue rather than something I would hold against them, though I definitely felt bad for the chefs working in the heat.
Overall, we had a good experience and would return.“

“Due to emergency auto repair we had to stay in Gardnerville and Jerry's was highly recommended. We were not disappointed. Unique Mexican dishes, terrific service and a wonderful experience.“

“Stopped here with my boys as we waited for car repair. Giving top ratings because of our server, Noah. Just wanted to say how much I appreciated his positivity during what was an obviously a hectic shift. (He was working alone when we arrived.) He also introduced us to their buffet midday deal. Because of Noah, we'll be back agsin.“

“Ever since Maria took over the beginning of this year the food improved immensely. You can tell the food is made with love! My favorite Mexican restaurant around. The Quesa Birria tacos with consomme are to die for. Bonus, there is a bar right next door. Tacos and cocktails for the win!“

“This is a great restaurant. Even our Cambodian friend finds it pretty good.
The service is okay, no complaints and the restaurant itself is not that bad, even though they just remodeled.
With all that said, we try to go there at least once a month.“

“The restaurant had a cool, old timey vibe at first glance. Upon further examination it appeared to be ill maintained. The floors were popping, the laminate on the tables were peeling up, stuff like that. Then we were sat at a table that had a door next to it that was closed. Seemed OK at first, but then immediately after sitting down the doors were propped open so we had nothing but hot air blowing on us and the band that was outside was so loud that we couldn't hear the conversations between each other. I ordered stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer that were supposed to be stuffed with either crab or shrimp, I can't remember, regardless they came out stuffed with sausage. I was very disappointed. Then I ordered their 12 spice chicken with mango jam and it was served with a pineapple pico de gallo instead. Again, very disappointed. My father's food was not cooked to his preferred temperature. Service was slow but possibly understaffed and the kitchen seemed to be struggling. Food didn't taste bad and the service wasn't horrible but both leave something to be desired. Hostess was pleasant.“

“my husband and I went today for lunch. our niece kept talking about the steak sandwich. he went for that with grilled garlic and I had the chicken sandwich. it was melt in your mouth great. service center was fast.we had a bit of entertainment from Mabel. the granddaughter, little cutie.“
