“This place used to absolutely be horrible. With the new owners for the past year this place is picked up. There is a new gentleman they hired named Philip. He’s absolutely incredible. He’s a middle-aged gentleman, but he works his ass off. I was here two days ago and I came back today just because he made my sandwich. The whole “sandwich artist” titled used to be a joke to me but this dude took it to the next level. I will consistently come back as long as he is here. Thank you, Phillip!“

“I absolutely hate the fact that I have to order on a kiosk. It was inconvenient confusing, and took forever because they were groups of kids in front of us, but I have to say the staff that was working behind the counter working their butt off. They were working fast making sure Customers were getting what they needed and we’re very helpful. Really wish she would put somebody back on the cash register to take orders.“

“I come in here frequently and I've seen some not so good service and absolutely fantastic service. There has been improvement over the last year compared to what it was. The staff is obviously trying to make the store better and I often see those folks running around in a loop, helping in one spot then another to get the speed up. It's not perfect, but it's clear they are trying. I have never received a bad or poorly made burger. This recent visit was impressive with how much quicker they seem to be getting. I hope that they continue to improve and I will continue to return.“

“I don't eat fast food except for here once in a great while the chili cheese dogs are great.
Service has always been good with average wait times. The staff is generally young teens and with that said they are always polite.

“Love these subs. Place has great food and nice employees. The only reason I don't give five stars is the wait time for your food. The drivethru is probably the slowest I've ever been in. At least 30 mins everytime regardless of how busy they are.“
