Arby's offers consistent food with friendly staff who try to make each visit better. The menu items, such as the "Big Game Burger," are cooked to order and generally meet expectations. Fans enjoy classic options like the double roast beef and Arby's sauce, which are often highlighted in reviews. While the food is usually good, some orders may not match the menu description exactly, and fries can sometimes be cold. The staff, like Ricky, are helpful and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, there have been occasions where service was less friendly, with reports of rude behavior from employees. Overall, the restaurant provides a positive dining experience for those who appreciate reliable food and friendly service.
