Didn't have many items including veggie patties and meatballs. Had three staff preparing one online order while the queue in the store grew to several people. Very slow service.
We are from out of town Visiting family in Fernley and went to this establishment for dinner on May 12th 2023. I have to say, the crew that was on this evening was phenomenal! Fun, friendly, fast and having a really good time. They all deserve a big kudos!

I was sort of appalled at the very old, slimy lettuce used on my sandwich. At almost $20 for a footlong, it was terribly disappointing. I always have my sandwich wrapped in separate halves so I can eat half for dinner. Sandwich was so bad, I didn't finish the first half, and threw out the second half.
