Jack in the Box has consistently provided some of the best customer service compared to other fast-food restaurants, especially in the Fernley area.
On this visit, the young lady (teenager or early 20s, blonde) taking drive-thru orders was exceptionally pleasant, clear, and professional. Foods always good, but recently I’ve been getting told they don’t have things anymore even though they are labeled on the menu.
So goodluck. They aren’t posting their updated menus and it’s false advertising.
