“This particular McDonald's seems faster than most. Never had issues with my order which frequently happens at other locations..everyone working here has been super sweet and kind. I had a hundred dollar bill and they only take 20s or lower and they allowed me to go grab change next door and still get my rewards deal I used because it said I already used it and wouldn't allow me to do it again. So I'd say they are kind, accommodating, and pretty on top of the orders making sure they are correct etc“
“All I can say is Wow. Sally helped us out with our food and the order is completely right with no problems. I highly appreciate it. I live by the McDonald's by 5000 south Virginia Selena was horrible customer service completely rude and gives a lot of customers a hard time with their food order if they messed up the order.
On going forward my family and I will just go to the S.meadows McDonald's for now on. Thanks again Sally.“
“Just stopped in for a mocha frappe, and a vanilla cone. Went through the drive through. The service was quick, and easy. The area surrounding the McDonald's was very clean and inviting. If you are a person that likes McDonald's I would recommend this restaurant.“
“I like the comfortable, the burgers are delicious, the atmosphere is super pleasant and right in this strong heat I like to eat inside with the beautiful weather.
The service is good depending on which cashier is serving.
There are some cashier girls who tend to be quite despotic.
But in general I like everything.
I like that most of the staff is bilingual.“
“This McDonald's has the worst manager I have ever had the displeasure of seeing in action and talking to. It took them over 1/2 hour to get a mobile order ready. In this time I witnessed the manager refuse to help a person that was missing items from a drive threw order she even called the police on the guy. Don't ever go to the plumb ln store.“
“Well I’ll be damned, 1/2/2022 roughly 1:30 pm i went to McDonald’s and was Blown away got 2 mcchickens and a large Fri, asked for honey mustard THE DUDE GAVE ME 3 like he knows what’s up, he deserves a raise. Dude who took my order was super chill, the food WAS FREAKING AMAZING FOR MCDONALDS warm made with love, no Jewish amounts of lettuce. Bravo“
“I was pleasantly surprised to receive wonderful service by the young lady at the counter and I did benefit from your breakfast deal helped make the visit affordable. This area just like Reno as a whole has done a great job of remodeling and changing things up.“
“6:10 pm
Standing here waiting for my order which i ordered at 5:50 pm. Every single associate is in slow mode, it seems. Three girls standing around while they flip receipts. This is unacceptable. There are three other people here waiting for their door dash orders. Some employees are walking around clapping and singing. Please speed up! Maybe my review is negative because im hungry. I just find it odd, during dinner time, this establishment is acting like the lull between breakfast and lunch. Received my food at 6:20 pm.“
“I know people think McDonald's is the same everywhere you go. But I think this McDonald's is the very best one. For the first time in my life, I bit into a perfectly fresh little cheeseburger. The people who work there are sweet. And the views of the surrounding area are spectacular. ❤️“
“As a person who lives in Golden Valley, I don't understand how most of these reviews are bad. Like, I have never experienced anything like this before. We have always had our food fresh and cooked. My family and I went to this McDonald's. We had takeout. And my food was never ever raw, uncooked, burnt.“
“Every morning I go in the drive-through. I’m very pleased to see Michael. He is very sweet and always gets the orders going quickly. He has such a great tone and knows his customer service. He needs a raise that boy works every day I know because I see him.“
“I was having an absolutely horrible day and I went to jack in the box to get a simple burger and some fries I was treated so rudely and my patience was tested tremendously. I was on the way back home to call it quits me when I just decided to take a chance at McDonald’s. I was going through the drive through I was given enough time to actually think about what I was going to get I gave then my order of a burger and my fries and then I was given exceptional service by a worker named Lucas the attitude was outstanding“
“I stopped in early this morning waiting for a flight. The gal wording the desk was friendly, kind and helpful. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it was hot, fresh and delicious. Iced coffee was made to perfection. The meal with an iced coffee was about $13. There’s a large seating area located next McDonalds that has tables with outlets and usb chargers, it has large windows to watch the planes taking off while you eat. Most of the tables are really worn and showing their age, the lightbulbs in the accent lighting are mostly all burned out, and lastly the vinyl on the booths are all ripped up so it definitely needs an upgrade“
