“I come to this location quite often and I just want to say that your late night guy Vincent is hands down one of the nicest employees this location has had…Whenever he is working I don’t need to check if all my order is in the bag… He always makes sure that my order is exactly what I had ordered! “The food was McD’s. Nothing new. Still good. The machine wasn’t printing receipts had to talk to the counter and then she couldn’t figure it out, but it was all squared away. We got our breakfast and it was yummy.“

“Welcoming and friendly efficient front end staff. This location was extremely busy in drive thru. It seemed that the drive thru got most the attention. Which is understandable. Only having 2 crew members in front is definitely not enough during rush hour! Employees were working their butts off! And doing a phenomenal job!“

“I discovered my order was wrong after opening it up at home so I called and spoke to the manager, Maggie. She told me to come on down and she’ll make it right. So I drove to the restaurant and Maggie went above and beyond to make my order right. She personally checked and bagged each item checking for accuracy. “Customer service 10/10 better than the one down pyramid & eagle. The manager lacks customer service so i prefer this one. Plus food and fries is always fresh at the los altos one. No matter how backed up how long line is they reassure and dont get annoyed or even show any sign of being annoyed by customers. When im here they are very attentive, still pushing through the orders, and still maintaining a great customer service. I came in today for drive thru and the team was amaizing! Even if the line was long, Great customer service made the wait even better! Customer service itself in fast food will get you far.“
