Location is 4.9/5, I wish it was easier to stop by at but!! It's still worth it if you have the time to park and walk in. If I had the money & means, I'd make this a weekly stop!! “Went here on a late Friday night and was so glad we put in an order online before picking up. When I got there only 1 person was working and it was so busy!!! I felt so sorry for her and message to the owners: do NOT have just 1 person working on a weeknight, shame on you! Poor girl was literally doing everything and people kept coming in. I'm giving her 5 stars because she was as quick as she could with our drink orders and could tell others were not as happy waiting. That's not her fault at all! The drinks were amazing and was very surprised there's decent boba in Reno (yay!)“

“Stumbled upon this place on our way to the airport. It’s located in an industrial park. Once you walk in, it looks like a normal office w/ merchandise all around. At first, I thought we were in the wrong place but there’s a cute little sign that says “we make coffee here”. Peeking through the open door, we’re greeted by the owner to come on back!Once in the back, you’re able to see where the magic happens! Wish we had more time to actually enjoy a cup there but we were short on time and got a quick little tour.The coffee was great tasting and the owners were so sweet! “As ex-Oaklanders from 2005, we miss Chinatown. We had dozens of Formica tabletop joints we frequented with excellent food at a reasonable price. Donut Bistro in South Reno fits the bill.... excellent Chinese fare at what we guess is a reasonable price these days. And the size of the dishes are generous, leaving some to take home for a late night snack. In addition, I bought an apple fritter on the way out the other day that was big, lots of apple, and crispy. Our backup Chinese restaurant is Duck House across from Pepper Mill.“
“This place has great coffee and tea! We've been here a few times just to make sure it's consistent before I posted a review. Well this place is consistently good! No weak flavors here! The chai is spiced and the extra touch of nutmeg and cinnamon is a great complement. The mochas are on point with a nice sweetness and chocolate bite. The coffee cups come full not half way with fluff. Today we tried a brown sugar chai, delish and creamy. If you're looking for good coffee this is the place to go. They also offer breakfast sandwiches, burritos and other eats that looked amazing!“

“This has to be the best chain coffee places to get coffee. I just wish you could order your coffee online, but it's not the end of the world. I totally recommend only getting coffee here. Dutch brother is just a waste of so-called coffee. Starbucks is just awful in every way, but if you like your coffee tasting burnt, this is the coffee place for you, but if you actually love coffee, you should come here. I love this coffee place. I go 5 times a week. They have an amazing selection of different coffees and other drinks. Its crazy that they are reasonably-priced. Besides the delicious coffee, what can you say about the ladies who work here. As an herbalist and producer of all things "green", I can honestly say that I have enjoyed the quality of the loose leaf teas (black, green & white) that I have begun to source through Davidson's Organic Teas. My research in all things tea related, and in regards to antioxidant, free radical blocking attributes has brought me to a place of "definitive" quality in sourcing that which I not only consume, but what I recommend other's "consume" in the name of science and health. My journey began as one only focused on my own health outcomes, but now....with my years of experience, brings me to a place of "recommendation" to others, so that they too, can experience the immense anti-inflammatory properties that a simple cup of tea can usher in.**I began sourcing through San Francisco Herb Company, and found the "quality" I was in need of, but ALSO found their value in shipping charges to be extremely overpriced! A 1lb of loose leaf tea would sharply cost >$34 in postal charges alone. When reaching out to find an alternative source, I was surprised by the avid customer care, and economical priorities that Davidson's Organics promoted. Since I strictly utilize loose leaf varieties, I can only speak to the quality of those teas purchased, but I am beyond pleased as to my experiences so far. Unfortunately, I have noticed some consistent issues that impact my experience as a representative picking up orders on behalf of customers. The staff often seem rushed and forget items from orders. The ready-for-pickup system is not utilized, so drivers end up waiting for long periods without acknowledgement. I hope this is not indicative of the experience in-store customers receive as well. I know the job can be stressful, but better organization and communication with delivery drivers could go a long way. My hope is that the management will make changes to improve training and efficiency. With some tweaks, this could easily become my preferred Starbucks location for delivery orders. My goal is to provide prompt, complete service to my customers, and this location's operations currently make that difficult."“
“Wonderful staff, Great beverages, fast service, and not least whatsoever the bathrooms are always VERY clean here.. The only problem was there were only one of two bathrooms available. I'm sure it was some sort of covid related regulation but when 3 girls lined up for the bathroom and you are handicapped it did take a while for my turn. Appreciate you all very much“
“This is one of a few rare "craving" places we have in our household. Sometimes I just crave their sweet and sour chicken and need to drive across town for it. I love their sweet and sour chicken, it cannot be beat. We of course get other things every time, but this is the standout dish that we come back for over and over again. Just the right amount of everything. The pricing here is pretty basic Asian fast food pricing. Not as much as a sit down place, but a little bit higher than the super cut rate chinese places around town. A good compromise for price and quality. They also have boba which is a nice little treat to get when you are driving home in traffic. The quick serve side of the restaurant is nice than most quick serve restaurants but still isn't "date worthy", next door in the Korean BBQ would be a better bet for that. But the space is still nice enough to be a place to feel like you are eating at a restaurant instead of just a quick serve formica joint. If you can't already tell....we will be back .... especially when we need to satisfy that craving for some delicious sweet and sour chicken.“
