One of the few Starbucks I enjoy. Like most, the music is way too loud, and it's usually some genre of music that isn't calming or relaxing. Corporate - have you thought of just playing chill music or instrumentals? Or recommending this music to your franchises? I’ve been going to this Starbucks a while now and there are two ladies who recognize me everytime and always make sure my order is right. They ask about my day and actually seem to care. That’s not even their job but I do really appreciate the service that they give! Little disappointed in the Cinnamon Caramel Nitro; it wasn't even cold??Pretty weird.
