I love the atmosphere and the place is very nice, very clean and the staffs definitely nice and professional
By far my favorite Starbucks in Reno!!! Talaura, Elise (possibly how you spell it), Macey (don’t know how to spell her name), and Alana (also could be butchering the spelling) always make my drinks so incredibly! I love the atmosphere and the vibe of the shop it always feels like a home away from home. Getting my coffee here is always my favorite part of my day!

A specific gentleman was patient with a customer confused with Apple Pay, and the staff even offered a water bowl for a dog. However, other experiences are negative. One customer was told that if they weren't purchasing anything else, they could not get a water, which was claimed to be a new Starbucks policy. On another visit, the employees were not friendly, talking to each other and ignoring customers, with in-store customers not getting attention. While some find the service above and beyond, others find the baristas rude, especially during busy times with mobile orders.
