Donuts near Sparks

Not wanting to leave a bad review, just a warning to other customer and hopefully something that can be fixed in store before there’s an issue.
Went to the sparks location today and order one of their large cinnamon rolls. They told me right off the bat there either walnut or raisin. I had asked that there were not walnuts at all in the raisin one because I’m allergic, and the confirmed there wasn’t. They are stored right next to each other which is fine for me cause it’s only a problem if I bite in to them. About half way through the roll there were more walnuts than dough and couldn’t even pick through them to finish it because there was barely anything more. I called the location and just asked them to make sure this was fixed for people who might have way more severe reactions. Employee was genuinely apologetic and concerned, and said she’d let a manager know. My family and I love this location and plan on continuing to go. I just hope this can hopefully help guarantee this can be fixed so no one else has a lot Dr threatening accident.“

“We visited this place recently and were greeted with speedy and amicable service. The well-kept donut shop enjoys an advantageous position. However, the parking space is a bit restricted. We opted for glazed, topped with chocolate icing, Boston cream, filled with cheesecake, stuffed with oreo, and an apple burrito. All the items were exceedingly delectable.“

“Great donuts!!! We have stopped here to and from going from the Bay Area to Salt Lake City. Donuts are light and airy and the woman who works the counter is delightful and remembers me every time. I can't eat donuts on my keto diet now, but my husband insists on stopping, and I will have a bite. Hard to resist!!“

“I live near Krispy Kreme, so I visit this location often. Just like every other place around they have a short staff and it is a lasting result of covid. So many "fast food" places around here are staffed with 2 people. These sort of companies need, i assume, 6-8 employees. Yes, KK are sometimes out of an item, and sometimes close early and opens late. But every single food place around here still has to close up early, or open late, because they dont have the staff. I have had some disappointment with a place not being opened. But when they are opened and have a limited staff they really pull together. Krispy Kreem, even being a chain, has being going through this. I do not work for Krispy Kreeme and I don't know anyone there. So this is just my experience today. I arrived at Krispy Kreme early this morning and ordered a dozen glazed, and a dozen assorted. I pulled up to the window and asked about the leprechaun donuts. I asked if they were available. With my donuts already in their boxes he changed my order for me. The manager, England, was the one at the window. I saw one other person near him, and one more in there, and ai am pretty sure that was it. My morning wasn't going the best, but he made my day and made smile. I have been there a dozen or more times. Always happy, I would leave many reviews all positive.“

“Ordered a large refresher with no ice. I'm traveling and didn't want it to become watered down before I could drink it. (Ordered coffee for the first leg of the trip). Never has any Dunkin filled the glass just 3/4 of the way. I would rather have paid an upcharge for no ice; even the young lady at the DT window looked at it curiously. The coffee was perfect though.“

“Went for the first time with my mom. Victor was great!! He immediately greeted us very kindly as we walked in as if he had already known us. He took care of us, was patient and even made some suggestions when ordering Cappuccino.Great customer service! Made us feel so welcome ! If you’re in the area come visit Victor.“

“It was my first time visiting this establishment, and I was purchasing a dozen donuts for a client. I also purchased a ham and cheese croissant and a hot chocolate. While I did not sample the donuts, the croissant was simple and delicious, as was the hot chocolate. The service was satisfactory; the two ladies working were courteous, friendly, and efficient. The ambiance was pleasant, albeit it was early in the day, and everyone was attempting to begin their day. If the opportunity arises, I will gladly return to support this establishment.“

“I love Dough Boys Donuts. I always stop here on my way out of town. Try to go early so you have the full variety to choose from. They will run out of certain donuts the later you go. The worries are airways nice and polite and it is always clean !“
