Stopped in for the first time ever with my daughter . I ordered a coffee which was watery! The counter had sugar and a sugar substitute and ONE flavor of the little cream/milk cups! My daughter is lactose intolerant and though the sign said oatmilk when my daughter asked the little older lady she replied in a snotty tone " do you see that anywhere?" to which my daughter pointed to the sign..."oh !"" We stopped in for a sweet treat this evening on the way to drop off our friends this evening. I'm always overwhelmed by the aroma of Krispy Kreme. Service is hit or miss here and unfortunately has been a miss more times than it has been good. Tonight we were the only ones there and no one up front. A guy did come up on the phone, looked at us and walked towards the back. If I wasn't craving a glazed classic kreme filled; I would have just left. Was waiting at the drive thru and had to call inside the store to get service. I finally pull up to the window and the girl seemed very distracted. When time to pay she asked to borrow my phone for tap to pay but she grabbed my phone in a sugar covered glove ?then proceeded to hand it back to me covored in sugar. I hope she at least changed her glove afterwards ? (you know she didn’t) ?
