I'm from the south and I love Krispy Kreme. I grew up on it. This location is ALWAYS out of something when I go in. Particularly when they have Limited Time donuts I want to try. I have been here 3 times and it has happened every time. Highly disappointed.

This is one of the filthiest food service places I have ever been in. From the bathrooms, to the counters, windows, and other work surfaces. I would avoid this location. Absolutely horrendous.

Website shows hot hours as 7-9am, but the light wasn't on. Called ahead to confirm, but none of the employees knew what a hotlight was and when they'd be making more fresh donuts. Is this even a Krispy Kreme?

Went in for some Eclipse Donuts and they told me they were out of them. Oh well. However when you look online they still very clearly have the donuts in stock. We ordered the donuts online and they had no problem giving them to us after we ordered them? They were also confused on how long the donuts would be in stock claiming they would only have the donuts same day and that's it, however once again they were wrong as the website claims they will have them longer. The donuts are good but the customer service is frustrating and laughable.

I had a few donuts for signing up for the rewards. I called and they told me I'm good to come in and get it. I went in and they asked for my phone number which normally no big deal but the register to look it up on is no where near the counter so I was having to yell my phone number across the store. Couldn't find it. Not his fault then he asks for my email to scream across the store and spell out. Big eye roll and headache for what 3 donuts. Next time just tell me no so I'm not wasting my gas.

Ordered the Cadbury crème egg doughnuts and they showed up as the most basic doughnuts I paid $27 to get specialty doughnuts when I could have $20 to just have normal doughnuts these are not special and they had no crème eggs with them let alone no special icing or

Completely unsanitary, while waiting in line, I watched several different employees, handling, dirty objects, scratching their hair, handling money all without changing the gloves I've been wearing, for God only knows how long. Staff is also rude, makes no effort to acknowledge a customer standing at their counter, and when you show up during the hours where they're supposed to have fresh hot donuts not only do they do not have fresh hot donuts but give you attitude if you ask. It will be a damn shame to watch another Krispy Kreme in Reno go out of business.

Was waiting at the drive thru and had to call inside the store to get service. I finally pull up to the window and the girl seemed very distracted. When time to pay she asked to borrow my phone for tap to pay but she grabbed my phone in a sugar covered glove ?then proceeded to hand it back to me covored in sugar. I hope she at least changed her glove afterwards ? (you know she didn’t) ?

What is going on with this location? Ordered the spring donuts and they are a mess. The person who made these clearly did not care and for over $20 I would expect them to look as advertised. They also looked and tasted like they were made days ago. Very disappointed.

It'd been a while since I'd had a Krispy Kreme and decided to swing through the drive thru today. Apparently, I should've read some reviews. Got 2 doughnuts that appear to have sat for a week with one looking like it spent some time as a hockey puck. Could barely hear the staff on the speaker, I paid in cash, but no receipt was given. No napkins were given. This place may be closer to my house than other doughnut chains but still won't get my service. Both doughnuts are hard as rocks and not worth a dental bill. Talk about paid for disappointment.

I am going to start this review with a quick preface. I grew up in North Carolina where Krispy Kreme actually started. The donuts were phenomenal and we were always excited when we got home from school and my mom had brought a dozen assorted from the Krispy Kreme shop. Fast forward 30 years and what the hell has happened? I bought a dozen assorted and everyone one of the cream filled donuts, 3 in total, had little to no cream in them at all. 1 of them literally had zero cream. The other 2 barely had any at all, bordering on none. What has happened to quality control? You charge $17.99 for 12 donuts and you can't even put a halfway decent amount of cream in the donuts? If I wanted just dough with chocolate then I would buy chocolate glazed or just glazed. This is sad to say the least and yeah the last time I will ever purchase donuts from Krispy Kreme. Damn near $20 bucks and this is your product? You should be ashamed and I am willing to bet this is a common place occurrence. Never again Krispy Kreme.
