We all thought it was cool to get a McDonald's in this area , however , don't waste your time.We walked into nothing but two kiosks to take our order. After dealing with this lifeless contraption, we waited, probably thirty minutes for one of the worst fast food meals I have ever had.Cold food,missing condiments, to a completely wrong sandwich, this place succeeded only in failing.You're supposed to be able to handle McDonald's in an emergency. This place is awful. It just opened up and it’s already just as poor as any McDonald’s in reno. There wasn’t even anybody at the counter for 30 minutes when we came In, there was orders going cold and flat on the counters, the tables were dirty, and when we got our food 20 minutes after waiting in an empty building, the food was cold and soggy. Sparks doesn’t need another McDonald’s. Nobody here knows what they’re doing and I’d reccomend going to slim chickens across...read full review

Paid extra for a mocha in a meal and was told their machine didn’t work after I’d paid, got a coke instead. Wasn’t offered any refund for the up charge and there’s no way to get a refund in the app. Woman was very rude to me and spoke over me. Don’t use the app and skip this location.
