This place is an oasis of calm in the boisterous activity that is Reno airport in ski season, with the occasional weather and flight delays. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is plentiful and delicious, the drinks are refreshing, and the location can’t be beat.I’d rather be here than the train wreck that is the Denver Centurion Lounge any day!
Obviously quite a small lounge, but it seemed that the majority of people were able to find seating appropriate for their travelling party. The staff would help manage where it would make sense for them to sit, as well as the number of seats available in the lounge. Staff, from check-in to assistance in lounge were great. Range of small bites (korean chicken n rice while I was there), a few local beers on tap, iced tea, coffee, cookies etc.

This place is not very big but has everything you need. We had a pleasant conversation with Karl and the staff who provided excellent service. They went to the back of the kitchen to check allergy info before serving desserts to my daughter who has nut allergy. It’s a really nice ending to of our trip.
