“Tonight, my wife and I visited KFC restaurant. After placing our order, an individual approached the counter and began engaging in inappropriate behavior towards the manager. This behavior was uncalled for and unjustified. The individual claimed to be mistreated. However, we witnessed the entire interaction and found that the individuals response was excessive. In contrast, the manager was courteous, friendly, and demonstrated utmost respect towards us.“
“Just not the same old KFC chicken and the recipe is not the same as it was. Just like everything else in the O'Biden economy!! WAY overpriced and the quality of their product has sharply declined. But, the staff was professional and well trained.“
“Quick back story: I lost my work partner this week to a heart attack. I just wanted it (the week) to be over. Instead of cooking me and my husband and I agreed to go here. The staff that worked tonight 2/27/26 @ 8:00PM… they deserve some recognition. They were Super kind, amazing customer service. And the food was also really good. They need a rise.“
“This is one of the better KFC's, well at least at the hour I went which was early afternoon. The only thing that I didn't like was that the food was extremely expensive. I would expect a little bit different from a fast food place.“
“I went in to buy my husband and I each a 3 piece meal. Was greeted with a beautiful smile from Ishmael. He was excellent. Best service EVER. The restaurant was spotless. So clean. The chicken was hot and delicious. What a wonderful lunch. I took it home to surprise my hard working husband. He was absolutely Delighted. Thanks again Ishmael for your exceptional attitude. We will be back.“
