I was so disappointed in the quality of chicken I got. 8 pc bucket & 5 tenders. Both were very dry and tough. Like they were left from the day before. I paid way too much for inedible chicken.
Don't yell at your employees to hurry up when you are understaffed! Hire a new person!! They didn't even have the counter open at lunch and were running back and forth from the drive.
They do not have several items on the menu. Most of the dining area was closed off. There was no one there. (Patrons) Across the street was In and Out. There were cars forever trying to get in. 🤔

KFC offers great customer service, making adjustments to orders when possible. The restaurant is cleaner than expected, with plentiful parking. The menu features great chicken, including the chicken pot pie, with grilled chicken options for dietary restrictions. It's a kid-friendly, wheelchair-accessible spot that meets expectations.
