I ordered ahead in the app; I usually like my drinks with no ice, but unfortunately, there isn't an option for no ice in the app. When I arrived, I asked if they'd already made the drink, cause if they hadn't, I'd like it with no ice. They had already made it, but they offered to make it again with no ice. Great customer service. Restaurant was also cleaner than I expected

Never got to order the food. Stood at the register and the kid working the drive thru looked my way several times, but didn't alert anyone I was there. Finally I said, "is anyone working the register or do I go thru drive thru?" He Finally said, "there's some lady at the register, go help her!"I said, "thanks anyway, you could have said something 3 drive up customers ago!"He said, "I ONLY saw you once!" So I left. He said something smart as I was leaving!!!They lost my business!!!

Ordered one sandwich plain with out any pickles and drove 30 minutes to home to find out they got it wrong. I threw the sandwich out. In the drive through there were no car in front of me nor a car behind me. ? ? ? ?

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and received two small chicken tenders on a bun. I forgot to order fries, and tried to order them after I paid. The drive through employee told me I couldn't. Horrible experience

Nobody inside, a couple people working still had to wait to order. A medium soda is now the size of a small and $2.79. Asked to use the restroom and the guy says the men's room is working. I'm a woman.Why do I need to know that. He then says oh the woman's is not working also.

Very good white meat chicken nuggets with lots of sauces. Chicken pot pie was excellent too! Atmosphere was really nice, they have a nice lot with lots of trees. We went thru the drive thru and parked close near a tree to eat. It was an overall great experience!Parking: Just nice, all around restaurant wit nice trees to park near and eat outside if you want.

We were on vacation and pulled into the drive up. Was quick and very good . The best we had from a kfc in a long time. I wish they would come in at a walmart that used to have a subway.

After a bad experience here last week I wanted to give this place another chance as the manager at the time of our last visit acknowledged the mistakes in our order and offered a free drink and side to replace the ones we didn’t get. I was told we can get them the next time we came in. Went through the Drive-Thru today, to redeem the free drink and side as well as a chicken sandwich, fries and a bowl combo. When we ordered at the box we were told we could choose any free side so we got Mac and cheese. I ordered the bowl spicy last week with 0 issues and today I was told they don’t do that anymore though after checking the app it’s still there. My boyfriend ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and got the free Mac and drink. Upon checking the bag we realized that there was no max and cheese but two sets of fries when we asked they said we could only redeem free fries, which was no issue but it was not communicated and if it had been we would have switched the fries we paid for to Mac and cheese but it was not communicated to us.We asked the person at the window (who was extra kind the entire time) he said he’d ask a manager the manager approved it and brought the max and cheese, she threw it in the bag with an attitude and said next time we had to get the free fries then stormed off. Very rude and unprofessional, careless behavior from a “manager” Again none of this was communicated from the beginning and could have easily been solved if they communicated.I also received my bowl which had way too much gravy and only 4 nuggets of chicken, this had also happened last week when I received the spicy bowl- I’ve ordered this bowl for years now and I’ve never had the proportions be so off until I came to this location.The “manager” was very rude and her behavior was not acceptable in any form of business.I will say the guy who took our order and at the window was very nice and understanding he did though seem slightly stressed or overwhelmed, maybe from his manager who had just the absolute worst attitude I’ve seen.This was overall just very disappointing.
