Taco Bell in Reno

“This is actually a pretty good location. The food is hot and fresh, just the way you ordered it, and you can't help but like the camraderie amongst the employees. Makes for a stronger better quality team, and the good food I consistently enjoy here. I dine in for the freshest, hottest food.“

“I live near this one so I come here a couple times a month, and they are consistently good. Its usually very nice people, and clean.
I always order through the app and pick up through the drive thru. Only once or twice they've messed up my order but have always fixed it.“

“The food is always good. Better than some other Taco Bells. The staff are awesome, very nice. They don't play the music too loud if they do. The one downside is the bathrooms. A chronic smell is right near the order machine by the bathroom.“

“This is probably the best taco bell in the world! Amazing staff! Everyone is super friendly, polite, and patient. The food is always perfect. There is never a time were I have gone to this location and been disappointed. I moved up to the north valleys in March and I would say we at least come to this location once every two weeks. “I have been coming to this Taco Bell for several years. I'm from CA, but I have a close friend I visit who lives near the subject TB. I would rate the complexity of my orders at 5 out of 10. For example, I usually order the original chips and cheese nachos. However, things, as you can imagine, become increasingly complicated, understandably so, when I add an extra side of cheese to go with the chips and cheese nachos. Due to the increased complexity presented by the addition of side cheese, it is more than understandable how the worker at this subject TB may have overlooked the addition to my nacho and cheese order. However, when I turn around to go back to the subject TB to politely request the complete fulfillment of my order (e.g., the provision of the omitted extra side of cheese), I am always greeted with a pleasant worker who is more than willing to provide me a replacement for the side cheese missing from my order. It is not often that one is met with such genuine empathy as expressed by the workers at this subject TB after realizing there was a mistake in my relatively complex nacho order. For this reason, I highly recommend this subject TB if you're currently considering dining at this subject TB.

“Had a major problem with a door dash and the manager was amazing explained they had new workers and that if I can come back in within a certain amount of time they will make it right and she did!! Thank you didn’t catch your naw but i appreciate it a lot. I walk everywhere in town so when i do order food its cuz i don’t want to walk honestly, thank you“
