Taco Bell in Reno

“I’ve been all over the country and this is hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been into. It’s CRIMINAL for this place to be rated anything below a 5 star. Staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the food was so good I had to leave a review. Whoever owns this store, I’d look into some raises for your workers.“

“I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to taco bell and this is a good one.

Food and accuracy aside, the manager there blew me away tonight. While talking to his team and working he was patient, kind, and understanding. Something you RARELY see today in any service industry, let alone a Taco Bell.

I run a small business and I'd be stoked to have an employee with that much pep in their step.

Mike/Michael working 7:30pm on 9/24 was phenomenal and I'll be returning because I know the employees are treated well and taken care of.

“I first went to McDonalds across the street. Between the self order station and the kitchen, they promptly lost my order. That is money I wont see again. Crossed the street to TB and got my order very quickly with friendly service thrown in.“

“It was too hot today, and I was just trying to be patient. All I wanted was a Baja Blast Freeze to quench my thirst in this heat. It took two workers five minutes to decide which would take my order, and the one five more minutes of playing with her cell phone, before she attended to my order which she went to fill. She came back saying the machine was defrosting, and I had to choose something else. Then another worker walked up showing he had just filled his own drink of the Baja Blast Freeze. And I strongly said it looked to be working. She then filled my order... Fortunately I am retired and do not like to hurry, and I remained patient. I do love the Baja Blast Freeze when it is so very hot out... Ty TB“

“Personally, i love taco bell food, but the service lately at this location specifically has improved greatly. The young lady with the big nose piercing and the glasses was so sweet and understanding when there was an issue with my order. She went out of her way to make the food herself when there was seemingly a huge rush and apologized on the stores behalf. Great attitude overall from all of the workers. :)“

“Went through the drive through tonight and I had a pleasant experience. My order was taken promptly, the employees working were upbeat and friendly, I didn’t have to wait too long to collect my order and my food was fresh and tasted great“

“I have been coming to this Taco Bell for several years. I'm from CA, but I have a close friend I visit who lives near the subject TB. I would rate the complexity of my orders at 5 out of 10. For example, I usually order the original chips and cheese nachos. However, things, as you can imagine, become increasingly complicated, understandably so, when I add an extra side of cheese to go with the chips and cheese nachos. Due to the increased complexity presented by the addition of side cheese, it is more than understandable how the worker at this subject TB may have overlooked the addition to my nacho and cheese order. However, when I turn around to go back to the subject TB to politely request the complete fulfillment of my order (e.g., the provision of the omitted extra side of cheese), I am always greeted with a pleasant worker who is more than willing to provide me a replacement for the side cheese missing from my order. It is not often that one is met with such genuine empathy as expressed by the workers at this subject TB after realizing there was a mistake in my relatively complex nacho order. For this reason, I highly recommend this subject TB if you're currently considering dining at this subject TB.

“Christopher was such a gracious host. I watched him work while waiting for my order. He truly makes customers feel that thier cared about. I wish my employees would act with such integrity and responsibility. And at an establishment such as taco bell....Great work my friend!“
