They aren’t the fastest taco bell in town, but they have the best quality and they don’t make mistakes
No one takes your order. We ordered on a computer at the former spot a person took orders. 10 minutes later, no food. Employees were walking around, talking..They were oblivious to all customers who by now there were 8 of us. No customer service. We got our order. It was missing sauce packets..I asked for s knife, no knives available..no napkins available..bathrooms were locked..asked for a key but employee was having a long conversation with another employee, so took her awhile...read full review
Ordered takeout in the drive thru. The lady immediately tells me they are out of coke, starry, baha blast, nachos fries, and shredded cheese. Not a great start!
Then I went to pickup the order and she forgot one of our drinks and I had to remind her before we drove off. She gave me a regular instead of a large and looked like if I asked her to change it, she would spit in it! So I just kept it.
